1. A list of oldest 25 cases each for 4 quarters be called from all the
Courts and they be directed to dispose off the same in each
quarter. The cases, which remain undisposed, will be carried
forward to the next quarter and the target of subsequent quarter
shall stand increased to 25 cases + undisposed cases from the
preceding quarter. The concerned Judge will be required to achieve
the target, thus increased, by the end of the stipulated time period
for the next quarter.
Example: If a Judge has been able to dispose off 15 out of total of
25 targeted cases in previous round of exercise and 10 cases remain
undisposed, the target in the current round will be increased by 10.
Accordingly target for the next round will be;
25 targeted cases for the current round+10 undisposed off cases of
previous round=35 cases.
