Dear Sir,
Thank you for the letter of 1st December and the information you sent regarding the arrangements. I’m
writing this letter to request you to change some arrangements.
We have reserved a conference room and twenty rooms at your hotel, the Grand Kandyan, for the sales
reps conference that we will hold between the 20th and the 23rd of this month. We have been informed
that the CEO of our company and his Assistant will attend the conference and therefore we need two
more rooms.
Additionally, we want to hold a small celebration. For this reason, I gladly ask you to make the
appropriate champagne and other beverages. We also need a high definition projector and superior
quality audio system.
