I understand that if I am selected as a semi-finalist and finalist, I will need to be available on the
evening of Wednesday, September 18th and Thursday, September 19th, 2013 to perform in Tucson,
Arizona at my expense.  I also further acknowledge that I am the one playing the music on the CD or
DVD.

1.             A summarized  musical resume or biography of your musical experiences,   performances,
education
2.            A YouTube link or DVD  with a maximum of 7 minutes of you playing music
3.            A non-refundable entrance fee of $20 in the form of a check payable to TUCSON
FLAMENCO  FESTIVAL 

YOUTH Category ONLY:  You will receive a phone call and email with detailed information about
the   competition. Be prepared to play in Semi Final round (10 min) and Final round (15min) Please
have your Guitar Instructor fill out this part:

the required opening round on Sunday, September 8th
