For me, it wasa very practical choice. The X Series are beautiful eameras with relly appealing aestheties and a look that's well received at weddings, but for me it was more about thei lightness and how quiet they canbe with the silent shutter. got a taste of thatbrefly using the Fujifilm Xi00S and the same benefits apply to my X-T3, even though ia bitlarger and more SLR ike. 1 started outusing an X-Proa, bu realised 1 wasn't using the optical part of the hybrid ‘viewfinder much and T wanted a fip-out sereen, too, so that's why I went forthe Xa, was using the X-Taright until the rocent release ofthe X°T3, where the ister autofocus and greater image detail enticed ‘me to upgrade once more ‘You mentioned the silent shutter: how docs thathelp you at weddings? often sayitdisarms the subjects, and that's true, but indie makes a differenc tothe way I shoot, too.
