Who is a steward?
A steward is a person who cares for the resources of others or their own
resources.
A steward is also responsible for managing his or her talents of others, for
using time wisely and for maintaining healthy relationships.

What is stewardship?
Stewardship is this the act of caring for your resources as well as the resources
of others.

What is the origin of the word stewardship?


The Greek word for stewardship is: Oikonomia which means: The management
of a household or of household affairs.
What are the qualities of a steward?
The qualities of a steward are Honesty, Integrity, Faithfulness, Loyalty,
Dependable, Mutual Respect.

Honesty- Being truthful, not lying, cheating or stealing


Integrity- When a person constantly acts according to his or her personal
beliefs or values.
Faithfulness- Being trustworthy and dependable
Loyalty- A commitment that does not change when circumstances do.
Dependable- to rely on totally
Mutual Respect- Thinking well of each other with fairness and with
considerations.
