Receptionist : thank you . your room numbers are 206 and 208. Queen size bed, non –smoking
room . thesea are your keys

Mr andy : okay thank you. Where is the swimming pool ? and what time does the
swimming pool open ?

Receptionist : the swimming pool, spa, and sauna areon 7th floor. The swimming pool is open
from 05.00 am to 09.00 pm . and the bar is on the 2nd floor .

Mr andy : what time is breakfast served ?

Receptionist : breakfast is served in the restaurant located on the 2nd floor, from 07.00 to 09.00
am . is there abything else you want to ask Mr. andy ?

Mr andy :how do I access the WIFI ?

Receptonist : you can access the wifi with your name as the password. If you need anything,
just dial zero on your room’s phone

Mr ANDY : OK

Receptionist : to get to your room, you can take the elevator on the right go to the second
floor, turn left once you exit the elevator and your room will be on the right hand side .a bellboy
will bring your bags and suitcases up shortly
