PRICE SCHEDULE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT:
I.PRICE SCHEDULE

II.TERMS OF PAYMENT:-

III.DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

IV.INSTALLATION & COMLETION SCHEDULE:-

 Installation shall be started within one week from the date of delivery at the site.
 The installation & commissioning work of the lift shall be completed within 3weeks from the
date of materials delivery at the site

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
This Contract or Offer is Valid for 30 days from the date of offer for
acceptance by Customer. The Contract however shall be deemed concluded
and to have come into force only or confirmation by the Authorized
Signatory of Company.

WORKS IN YOUR SCOPE
CIVIL WORK
1. Completion of Three sides wall with plastering and coat white wash.
2. Scaffolding as per our requirements to be done by you.
3. Pocket hole chipping grouting or any other alternation work (Machinery) shall
be in your scope.
4. Machine room shall be completely finished as per our drawing with …’x … ”
door, two no’s of 3’x2’ lower type ventilators with steps/steel ladder for
commencing erection.
5. Wooden Template for Shaft Plumbing.

ELECTRICAL WORK
1. 3 phase supply to machine room along with 2 no’s 8 copper wiring from your
mains. Single phase supply in lift well form machine room shall be provide.
2. 2 no’s of 40 wt. tube light and bulk-head fittings in lift well for maintenance
along with 15A 3 pin sockets, as suggested by us.
3. 1no 4 pole MCB of suitable capacity & 2no’s of 6A MCB’s along with fixing
board shall be provide in Machine room as suggested in our GAD.

UNLOADING
1. Unloading the lift material from truck to the site will in your scope.
2. LOCKABEL store room shall be provided for delivery of Materials ,
Otherwise the responsibility for any loss of material supplied shall be to your
account.

MAINTENANCE:

a) To provide free maintenance service for TWELVE months from the date of
commissioning of the lift as certified by company. Service shall consist of
regular examination, making any necessary adjustments, cleaning and
lubrication of all parts where such service is necessary to maintain the lift
equipment in proper and safe working Condition. The required supplies and
parts shall be furnished by company necessitated due to negligence, misuse or
accident or other abnormal conditions due directly or indirectly to
circumstances beyond company’s control. Company shall however not be held
responsible for the following items and these shall not be replaced buy company
free of cost;Viz.Car enclosure(including removable panels, door panels, hung
ceilings, hand rails,mirror,flooring, light fittings, fans, intercoms and
batteries),lift shaft enclosures, landing gates,door-closers,sills,indicator lamps
and light fittings.

b) To send trained personnel to the lift site as quickly as possible during working
hours on regular working days on receipt of information from a responsible
person in case of irregularities in working of the lift. Company shall not assume
possession or control of any part of the equipment but the same shall remain the
customer’s(or lessee’s) property exclusively. The Parts which are replaced shall
be Company’s Property.
c) Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay due to any cause
Beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to acts of government,
strike,fire,explosion flood,theft,riot,civil commotion, war, malicious mischief or
act of God if the lift and its parts or the machine room are interfered with by
persons not authorized by company, Under no Circumstances shall company be
liable for consequential damages.
