TSG 2019 will be held from 29 August to 2 September 2019 in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau

Departure from your city

Most of you will depart from your respective cities on the 29th. However, scholars from TSA UNAND, Medan, IT DEL, Jambi,
ITB, ATPK and UB will have to depart one day earlier (28th).

Cultural Night
Each TSA must prepare an art performance for the Cultural Night. It can be in any form, so please be creative! This year’s
theme is “Under the Sea”.

Why do we choose this theme?

In 2018, a British diver has captured shocking images of himself swimming through a sea of plastic rubbish off the coast of
Bali. Indonesia produces about 130,000 tons of plastic and solid waste with about half of that reaching landfill sites. The
rest is either illegally burned or dumped in Indonesia’s rivers and oceans. (The Guardian, 2018). We would like you to raise
your voice and bring awareness to end the ocean plastic crisis together through an art performance!
