Personal values are the beliefs and principles that are important to us.
When we understand our personal values, we can make better choices
that align with who we are. This means we can create healthy boundaries,
prioritize self-care, and live a more fulfilling life.

The following self-reflection exercises will help you identify your personal
values. Disregard the notion that there are any “right” or “wrong” answers:
this is your space, anything goes. Our values may also shift with time,
changing responsibilities, and new life situations. So, while you may have
done this before, doing it again will leave you with new insight and clarity.

what is really important to us. Setting goals that align with who we
are helps us find direction and fulfillment in life. You will have a better
understanding of your 'why' and increase your chances of success in the
journey ahead. When done mindfully, goal-setting helps us develop new
skills and habits, and increases our perseverance.

However, being result-centric can lead to disappointment, frustration,

Habit cultivation.
Habits are consistent, small actions that help us grow and live in accordance
with our values. The more consistency we build, the larger the impact they
will have on our lives. When our habits align with our goals and values, we
begin to shape our life into a fulfilling journey where we have the potential to
be the best versions of ourselves.

Surprisingly, establishing habits helps us conserve mental energy and reduce


decision fatigue. When we begin to routinely incorporate them into our
lives, we free up our mental space for more creative or complex endeavours.
Habits are like a garden: the more you water and tend to them, the more you
grow, and the more fulfilling life becomes.
