    Full proclamation of all remaining sections of the Public Procurement and Disposal of
    Public Property Act, 2025

    Senator the Honourable Reginald T. A. Armour S.C., Attorney General and Minister of Legal
    Affairs advises that at the meeting of the Cabinet held today April 20, 2023, Cabinet approved
    the full proclamation of all remaining sections of the Public Procurement And Disposal Of
    Public Property Act, No. 1 of 2015, which full proclamation will take effect from Wednesday
    April 26, 2023.
