Topic: The topic of my research is “Importance of Goals by the Teacher for Classroom Management”

Introduction: The aim of classroom management is to encourage & established student's self-control
through promotion of positive behavior and academic achievements. Classroom management includes
many things that starts from the tone of the voice of the teacher. Teacher usually used classroom
management as a process of smoothly running classroom lessons. Goals and objectives set by the
teache Roll r for the classroom management Is very important.. A teacher set goals for mental and
physical development of the students and help them achieve educational goals ultimately.

(Mallory, M.2008) “ Classroom Management is a multifield process which depends upon an engaging
curriculum, students responsibility, appropriate teaching modeling, effective instructions, and
management skills to work towards conflict resolution with individuals the whole class.

(Wong, H.K 2004) Classroom management consists of practice and process that a teacher uses to uphold
an environment in which instruction and learning can Accor smoothly.

I work on this topic because half of the teachers feel unprepared to manage the classrooms. This
number & act includes teachers significant experience..

I select this topic because Classroom management challenges are one of the adequate problems faced
by teachers. The common problem of classroom management are inefficient rules & procedures, lack &
inappropriate disciplinary interventions, poor teachers student relationship & inappropriate mental set.
If we want a good reputation & good work in educational society the teachers may fully prepared with
well management because good management skills start with setting certain ground rules to stress the
importance of classroom dignity. Classroom management systems are effective because they increase
student success by creating an orderly learning environment that enhances students’ academic skills and
competencies, as well as their social and emotional development.

A teacher needs to have a classroom management plan so that everyone can understand the types of
behavior expected, and the consequences in case that behavior is not met. This allows for an efficient
and safe learning environment. Simply put, an effectively managed classroom is one that runs smoothly
and where both students and teacher can be their best selves. It's a structured space for learning, with
minimal confusion and downtime. There are clear classroom norms as well as consequences that reduce
behaviors that get in the way of learning.
