On January 09th, 2023 time 09:20 AM while
BVIHSE Performed daily site inspection, found
unsafe action PIBK workers who were doing wall
plastering work did not wear special personal
protective equipment (safety helmets and full body
harnesses) when working on scaffolding,
potentially causing workers to fall down and get
serious injuries
