strategies and academic stress in first cycle university studies of

entitled: Work stress and coping strategies of
Health personnel in the context of COVID19, the
general objective of the study was to establish the
relationship between work stress and the coping
strategies of Health personnel in the context of
COVID19 Villa Hermosa Health Post, Chiclayo, a
basic type methodology was used, with a non-
experimental design, level correlational,
descriptive, with a sample of 50 workers from a
Chiclayo Health Center, the technique used was the
survey to collect information. The results were that,
the level of work stress of health personnel in
contexts of COVID-19 is medium with 52%, in
addition, it is low with 46% and is high with 2%.
Finally, he concluded that there is a significant
relationship between coping with emotions and

Pallasco Rivera.W (Ecuador, 2022) carried out the


study entitled: Work stress in primary care health
personnel during the covid 19 pandemic, whose
objective was to determine the influence that
socioeconomic factors exert on the work stress of
health personnel in primary care during the Covid
19 pandemic. The study design was non-
experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive and
correlational. To a universe of 109 health workers,
the ILO/WHO job stress survey was applied. It was
concluded that socio-economic factors such as the
time spent in the institution influence the

doctor, increase the probability of high stress in

The main objective of the study was to analyze the coping strategies used by
nursing professionals working in the public health service during the COVID-19
pandemic. The study aimed to understand how nursing professionals manage
work-related stress in a challenging and changing context due to the health crisis
caused by COVID-19. The findings of this study provided important insights into
the coping strategies employed by nursing professionals and their impact on health
and well-being during the pandemic.
