Patchi chocolates are made from the world’s finest premium ingredients, and are
colorings and preservatives free. To maintain their finest quality, we recommend
storing the chocolates in a slightly cool, dry and dark place, between 18°C and
21°C, at low humidity (less than 50 %), out of direct sunlight and away from strong
odors that could be absorbed by the chocolate.
Temperature fluctuation can cause cocoa butter or sugar crystals in chocolate
to rise to the surface, creating an unpleasant white color known as “bloom”. This
defect does not affect the chocolate’s taste and edibility; the chocolate will still
retain its full flavor and richness.
