I am writing to confirm that I am one of the academic staff at the Faculty of Medicine, University of
Mataram and clinical staff at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at General Hospital of
West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. I have well recognized Muhammad since he was in undergraduate and
clinical studies.

Throughout his studies, I have known him to be a talented and hard-working student with a strong
motivation to succeed in whatever he pursued. Even though he was not the smartest graduate, I knew
him as a keen learner, a dynamic responsible student, who contributes positive influence among his
colleagues as well.
