Writing Task: Ponyboy at 34

20 years after the church fire, the newspaper has contacted Ponyboy again, they want to write a follow-up on
the heroes from the church fire. What does the paper say about Ponyboy, now that he is 34?

Twenty years ago, Ponyboy Curtis was one of the heroes of the Church fire at Windrixville – thanks to him and his
friends Johnny Cade and Dallas Winston (both of whom sadly died shortly after that fire) none of the children that
had been playing inside the church came to any harm. We have contacted Mr. Ponyboy Curtis to find out how he
is doing now, and how this experience has shaped his life!
