Reference: Bank account for Canada Day event Lac-Brome

Hello Sara,

We, Marta Gubert Gomes and Shelley Judge are co-organizers of the Canada Day festivities of Lac-Brome,
an event we took over organizing together since 2017.

We decided at our last meeting on January 27, 2023 to move our account from the Bank of Montreal in
Knowlton to the CIBC in Knowlton primarily because the Bank of Montreal did not support our event
whereas the CIBC always contributed to the event. In addition to that the Bank of Montreal in Knowlton is
also closing for 9 weeks during the period of our event takes place which makes it inconvenient for us as a
volunteer organization.

We wish to be referred to as co-organizers of the event rather than having formal titles. Shelley Judge is
the person who normally does the banking and the cheques are to have Marta Gubert Gomes and Shelley
Judge as signatories.
