1. What type of event are you going to


hold? What are your event objectives?
And who are your target audience?

I want to hold a product launch event. Tiger Soju


beer is the beverage I'll be launching at the event.
This is an outdoor product launch event combined
with a music party. Tiger Company and Kpop
musician G-Dragon collaborated to create the Tiger
Soju beer product. The objective of the event is to
introduce a novel and new beverage to everyone,
particularly young people. The world's fans and

followers of tiger beers make up the target
audience.

2. What is the theme/concept of the


event? Why do you choose this
theme/concept?

The theme of the event is "Soju Infused Lager".


The choice of this theme is motivated by the fact
that Soju Infused Lager not only symbolizes "Asian
bravery, global fame," but also embodies the idea
that "Soju Infused Lager" awakens bravery and
inspires people to overcome all obstacles in order
to achieve the seemingly unattainable.

3. Where is the location? What type of


venue? And why do you choose these
places?

The place of the launch event of Tiger beer is at the


convention center of Tra Vinh province. The venue
is the hall of the convention center of Tra Vinh
province. The reason for choosing this place is
because it is right in the city center and this place
has a large enough area and full facilities for the
event to take place smoothly and successfully.

4. What date do you consider holding it?


What time of the day? And for how
long?

The date of the event is May 1, 2023. The time
of the event is from 6 p.m and last 5 hours to 11
p.m. The reason for organizing this day is to
create a fun atmosphere right on the occasion of
International Labor Day for everyone to
participate in the event together. This event
lasted 5 hours because not only is this a new
product launch event, but it is also an explosive
music event with guests who are famous singers
and musicians in Vietnam gathering here to
make this event successful.

5. Could you briefly describe the foods


and beverages served in the event?

This is a Tiger beer product launch event held


outdoors combined with a music party, so
regarding the food of the event, this is simply
mainly dried foods of all kinds such as dried squid,
dried fish, dried fish, dried chicken, dried pork and
fruits such as mango, guava, watermelon, plum,
tangerine, apple, grapefruit, rambutan for the
audience to choose to buy. And it is sold at stalls on
both sides of the stage of the event. About the
beverages of the event, because this is an event of
Tiger beer company, the event will sell Tiger beers

and especially Tiger beer Soju launched at the
event, mineral waters, and soft drinks such as soda
and coca. When the audience buys Tiger beer from
the stall, there will be lucky draws that will be used
for the sweepstakes. The lucky draw program will
have many special gifts waiting for the lucky
audience.

6. How do you prepare the logistics for the


event? (including décor, lighting,
entertainment)

The primary background color for the event will


be dark blue, and orange will also be used
because it is the same color as Tiger beer. A
photo-taking spot for spectators will be located
at the entrance. There won't be any tables or
chairs for the audience because this is an
outdoor event that doubles as a music party;
instead, they will stand the entire time to share
the fire and take in the festive mood of the
concert. Additionally, there will be VIP seats on
the stage for VIP visitors and employees in high
positions at Tiger Beer. I will carefully invest in
the best motion capture 3D technology with the
sound and blue light system provided by Only C
Entertainment as I get ready for the concert and

introduce a new tiger beer product. Regarding
entertainment, many well-known singers present
incredibly thrilling songs. Additionally,
audiences at the event have the opportunity to
join drawings for hundreds of additional prizes,
such as two Yamaha R15 motorcycles, two
iPhone 14 Promax 1TB phones, and other
significant prizes.

7. Do you need any sponsors? What do


you need them to support? What do
they get in turn?

The Tiger Beer Company is the event's sponsor.


Throughout the event, Tiger beer will be available
to everyone. They will make money by selling
Tiger beer, which is offered at stalls for audiences
to purchase beverages. They will receive fortunate
drawings for the sweepstakes hosted at the
conclusion of the event when they purchase Tiger
beer.

8. How many guests are there in your


event? And how do you invite them?

Guests will include 8 famous Artists in Vietnam


such as Toc Tien, Tang Tang Duy Tan, Karik

OnlyC, Min, Orange, Truc Nhan, DJ Mie and 3
VIP guests Mr Sean O'Donnell-Brand Director of
Senior Global Brand, Ms Anna Bizon-Director of
Senior Marketing, Mr.G-Dragon-famous artist in
Korea and the global brand of Tiger Beer. I will
make an invitation and send it to 3 VIP guests and
Vietnamese artists one month in advance so they
have time to make plans to attend this event.

9. How do you arrange accommodation


and transportation for your VIP guests?

I will reserve rooms at the Thanh Binh 1 hotel,


which is 1 kilometer from the event, for VIP
visitors. The distance is not far from the motion. To
take VIP visitors from HCM City to Tra Vinh City,
I have 3 limousines waiting for them at Tan Son
Nhat Airport.

10. How do you protect your guests in terms


of security and health care? (50 – 100
words)

A security crew from Huynh Long Hai security will


escort guests from Ho Chi Minh City to Tra Vinh
City and remain there throughout the event to
ensure their safety. About healthcare, for medical
assistance in the backyard, a medical team and an

ambulance from Minh Tam hospital will be on
hand.
