Tortilla Wrap Pizza

Ingredients: Equipment
● 1 tortilla wrap (per Baking tray
person) dessert spoon
● 50g tomato passata/
chopping board
tomato paste
● 2 slices of cooked sharp knife
turkey ham/ 4 slices of 2 plates (one for dirty
cooked pepperoni utensils, one for clean)
● 80g grated cheese
pizza cutter
● ½ bell pepper (optional)
● Salt and pepper for
seasoning (school)

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with
greaseproof baking paper.
2. First make the tomato sauce. Stir in the tomato paste
and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the salt and pepper and
simmer for a further 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Place one tortilla on the baking tray and top with the
tomato sauce. Scatter over the cheese and pepperoni
or whatever toppings you want to add.
4. Using oven gloves, lift the baking tray with the pizza
over to the oven to bake for 10 minutes, until the
cheese has melted.
5. Allow to cool before serving.
