specificantions furnished.

– Disputes: All dispute arising in connection with execution of this purchase order not reaching an amicable
agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in Indonesia in accordance with the commercial arbitation
rules of the Indonesia commercialarbitration board and the under the laws of Indonesia.
