Technical and Financial Proposal Template

1. Rationale (max. 1 page)

Any comments on the Terms of Reference reflecting on the successful execution of activities, in particular its
objectives and expected results, thus demonstrating the degree of understanding of the Terms of
Reference. Any comments on candidate’s value added to the ALLY project through previous experience and
skills. Any comments contradicting the Terms of Reference or falling outside their scope will not form part of
the final contract.

An outline of the approach proposed for contract implementation;

Description of the approach for implementing each listed activity and producing and finalising each listed
research output necessary for achieving the contract objectives also indicating the timing, sequence and
duration of the proposed approach. ;
