figure sur le plan.

It is with enthusiasm that I complete my last year of National BTech BUILDING
ENVELOPE CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION within the CFM BTP of Trappes.
I am a student with a STI2D degree in architecture and construction, I started with the
S stream to broaden my knowledge and especially because I had the capabilities
unfortunately or should-I say fortunately I did not find myself there so I did an
internship pushed by a fine idea to be one day in the field of the building which
directed me during the year towards the STI2D or I was a major player in my section
very interested and invested in the various projects that I was able to find but further
in my BTS .

I made the choice to integrate this institution because the building envelope is a very
large area but little known a project in common with a person motivates me every day
to continue and to accentuate my efforts

The interest that I have in the building and more particularly in the installation of the
work and the construction has allowed me to apply my acquired knowledge, in
concrete cases within IDF BARDAGE, my host company.

This subcontracting company occupies a large place in the region through SOPREMA
a well-known player in the field of waterproofing, vegetation and insulation.
The company IDF BARDAGE carries out mainly nine projects but also on some sites
of renovation we are subcontractor of CIBTANCHE where we have several sites in the
NORTH (ROUEN, Calais, Normandy, etc.) hence very frequent trips.
 The various machine
 Cherry picker with arm that allows access on the entire facade, model that differs
depending on the height of the building.

 Scissor lift thanks to its deployment system, it allows you to work on a defined axis and
thanks to its useful tray for storing equipment or materials, like the Cherry picker with arm,
depending on the needs, the model can change either larger or smaller.

 Essential for the transport of materials, the delivery receipt the construction telescopic is
necessary and very practical on all sites.

Metal frames type cladding tray

Metal frames must be installed to support the cladding. Ensure that they are securely attached to
the support structure and properly aligned. Each meter must be fixed a self-drilling screw between
each tray on the vertical axis to limit the deviations that can be visible inside the construction

Insulation installation

the insulation between the metal frames must be paced to improve the energy efficiency of the
building. the insulation must be properly sized and installed uniformly to avoid thermal bridges.

Laying of cladding sheet

Cladding plates must be placed on metal frames using appropriate fasteners recommended by the
manufacturer. Start at the base and move up the building, making sure the sheets are aligned and
secured.
