The ECO4 scheme is the final part of an
ongoing government-initiated scheme to
support low-income households and to create
more energy efficient homes.
BY 2050, IT IS THE AIM OF THE GOVERNMENT
TO LOWER CARBON EMISSIONS BY 78%.
ECO4 is a government-funded scheme that
allows you to upgrade your heating system by
replacing your old boiler with the latest A-
grade heat pumps.
Most old boilers burn more fuel and produce
less efficiency – they’re up to 65% efficient.

EPC RATINGS?
An EPC (Energy Performance
Certificate) gives a property an energy
efficiency rating from A (most efficient)
to G (least efficient).
