EVIDENCE: MODELLING EXCELLENCE

I chose these three people because they are a good example of life for me,
because each one of them have a particular aspect, that could be productive for
me as a person. I decided to choose these people because I want to have many
qualities from them, they are good examples in life. They have known how to
overcome the problems that arise in their lives.

- Miguel Angel Borja, professional football player.

- Julio Alvarez Martínez, Retired marine sergeant.
- Manuel Coneo Mercado, mechanic, and hairdresser

Miguel Angel Borja is 29 years old; he is too good; he is a professional and humble
soccer player; does not forget its origins. He likes to help the neediest in his land,
he currently has a foundation for the children of his land, Miguel is so good I
wonder how he is with his family, currently, Borja is an excellent player. He has the
same physique; he still has good technique with the ball and the same thirst for
goals.

Julio Álvarez Martínez, is 45 years old. He is a retired Marine sergeant, he is too

loving with his family, the pride of my family, he comes from a poor family and
studied until he finished high school where he learned to help himself. He was able
to study and finish a career his limited resources were not enough, with effort he
was able to get a job in the navy to be a sergeant, his long-awaited dream. He is
currently retired with his family and supporting in everything who wants to fulfill
their dreams too.

Manuel Coneo Mercado is 49 years old. He is a mechanic all his life. He was
affected by the violence in Colombia. He had to leave his land and look for a new
life in another city with nothing, without knowing anyone. He has had hard times,
but he was very strong, and he is currently a hairdresser and at times a mechanic,
now he is happy, he has achieved a good life with a nice family.

Miguel Ángel gets up early to train, just like Julio and Manuel. They think that it is
very important to make the. most of the day and to be able to do all the activities on
Julio and Manuel don't watch TV. They think it is better to use time efficiently.
Manuel studies and Julio plays the guitar. Neither of them has bad vices, they both
love their families, while Michelangelo thinks about his foundation in his hometown
in his spare time. Michelangelo watches television. To obtain information about

I have realized how they get the best out of the time they have; I try to get the best
out of them
