of the Conversation you had with my Client General Mark Milley I'm in a better
position to assist you on how the funds of my client General Mark Milley can get to
you. Therefore in order to do my work effectively so that the bank can commence
with making the transfer of the funds to you,

We have to make sure that 2 paperwork are done.

1. Agreement papers must be done between you and my Client (General Mark Milley)

2. Power of Attorney ( Change of Ownership)

As soon as the papers are ready and the Chief Justice has endorsed his Signature on
them, the bank can now commence with the transfer of the funds to you. In order for
me to start processing these documents we've received some personal details of you
which you provided to my client General Mark Milley.
The information needed to obtain a power of attorney is as follows:

1. Home address
2. Bank Information
3. Valid identification. (Or Passport)

I will negotiate the amount for the power of attorney from the Chief Justice, and I
will contact you as soon as I confirm the amount. I will get back to you on how
much it will cost. Before then, you are to provide the above information.
