Primary and Secondary Orientation Program 2023-24

Dear Parents/ Guardians,

We would like to invite you to our upcoming Parent Orientation Program, which will take place on
Saturday, 17th June, 2023.

Slot 1: Grade 2 and 3 (Primary)

9.15 AM to 10.30 AM
Slot 2: Grade 4 and 5 (Primary)
11.00 AM to 12.15 PM
Slot 3: Grade 6 to Grade 10 (Secondary)
12.45 PM to 2.00 PM

This program is designed to provide you with important information about our school and its
policies, as well as to give you an opportunity to meet our team.

Venue: Oysters International School (new school building)

Opp. Maple Tower, Mohammadwadi, Near Elina Living. Landmark: The Ark

During the program, we will cover:

- Introduction to the school and its mission

- Curriculum overview
- Extracurricular activities
- School policies and procedures
- Communication channels with parents

We believe that this program will be very beneficial for both you and your child, as it will help you
understand our school's culture and expectations, and enable you to support your child's learning
journey.

Please note that attendance at this program is mandatory for all parents/guardians, and we kindly
request that you make every effort to attend. If you are unable to attend due to extenuating
circumstances, please contact the school office.
