We are calling to the witness stand Mr. Manolo Ocampo..

(Swear the witness)

ATTY. DULA: Your Honor, we are offering the testimony of Mr. Manolo Ocampo
to prove that (1) said accused did not have the intent to perpetrate the commission
of the crime of Violation of Batas Pambansa 22; and (2) to disprove the material
allegations in the complaint-affidavit of private complainant George M. Garcia. In
addition to, in the course of his testimony, said accused will be identifying the
Counter-Affidavit together with the annexes appended thereto, also to prove other
relevant matters your Honor.

Q: With the kind permission of the Honorable Court, Mr. Witness, you are
Manolo B. Ocampo, is that correct?
A: Yes, Sir.

Q: In relation to this case, do you recall having executed a Counter-

Affidavit?
A: Yes, Sir.

Q: If said Counter-Affidavit will be shown to you, will you be able to identify

the same?
A: Yes, Sir.

Q: Mr. Witness, I am showing to you a document consisting of 10 pages, kindly

go over and carefully examine the same, is this the Counter- Affidavit you
are referring to?
A: Yes, Sir.

Q: On page no. 10 of the document you just identified, there appears a signature
above the printed name Manolo Ocampo, whose signature is this?
A: This is my signature, Sir.
Q: Before signing said Counter-Affidavit, did you understand each and every
detail of said Counter-Affidavit?
A: Yes, Sir.

Q: Under your present oath, do you affirm and confirm the veracity of the
