Upon called her to check whether she can come with a token cheque, she said
she will come only if we give him a pricing of 1.30 Crs. all incl. for the 45th floor,

raise her budget by 2 Lacs. Not more than that. Informed Arjun Chalana and
Harleen madam too. 05/10/2022 : Client have visited with her daughter. I got

this lead from VDNB list. She confirmed her time and visited the site. They
looked at the sample apartment, viewed the layout. They liked 775 sq.ft. more
than any other inventory and were demanding same layout. I convinced her to
buy 620 sq.ft. and shortlisted series no. 8. Her requirement was a bigger carpet
with good utility area. Later-on I asked her to choose the floor of her preference,
she said 40th floor and above. I took assistance of Lokesh Sharma where we
found out 4506 flat was available. She offered us a pricing of 1.30 Crs. all incl.
We took assistance of Arjun Chalana. He also very well explained as to why we
are oferring such pricing. She somehow got convinced. She wanted to
understand the payment flow from her side.

list. She confirmed her time and visited the site. They looked at the sample
apartment, viewed the layout. They liked 775 sq.ft. more than any other
inventory and were demanding same layout. I convinced her to buy 620 sq.ft.
and shortlisted series no. 8. Her requirement was a bigger carpet with good
utility area. Later-on I asked her to choose the floor of her preference, she said
40th floor and above. I took assistance of Lokesh Sharma where we found out
4506 flat was available. She offered us a pricing of 1.30 Crs. all incl. We took
assistance of Arjun Chalana. He also very well explained as to why we are
oferring such pricing. She somehow got convinced. She wanted to understand
the payment flow from her side.

the particular project. Finally booked the 2BHK apartment of 530 carpet Area,
Flat no : 3002/B wing in SKYGREENS. 15/10/2022 : Client came alone, She
stays in Goregaon East. She is working in an IT Company. Currently she is
staying in a 1BHK rental apartment. Now, she is looking for a 1Bhk apartment
with a budget of 80Lakhs. She had visited Sidda Seabrook before visiting us. I
have offered her Skygreens 1Bhk and pitched her for 2Bhk 530 carpet area as

well. She wants a flat on mid floor and we are having on lower floor. So, i had
pitched her a 2bhk 530 carpet area and she got interested in that flat, which is
on 30th floor. She had increased her budget to 1Cr with her own contribution of

pricing. She was asking for final pricing for 2bhk 530 area. We have given her
