Auto View is an Artificial Intelligence (Al) - powered video interview bot with a human touch. It can rate the candidate's body
language, facial expressions and voice emotions during the interview and evaluate the assessment without any bias. The machine
learning-powered video interview and assessment tool can generate areport on different factors like how mnany times a candidate
smiled during the interview, if there was a change in the modulation of the voice or what was the level of engagement with the
interviewer. Following skill sets are assessed during the interview:

Social Skills - Positive Emotion, Composure, and Confidence - These are judged based on the candidate's facial
expressions and voice features
Workplace Skills - Learning Attitude, Work Management, Stress Management, Communication Skills These are based on
the content that is spoken.

Allare on a scale of 0-100. And the overall score is an average of the two categories.
Critical lnformation
If you are logged out of the test due to any unavoidable reason,you can still resume it within four hours after which the test
expires. Test can be resumed only after 2 minutes of logging out.
Upon successful completion of your interview, you can check your detailed feedback report and your interview video using
the "Report URL" which comes along with your Test completion email. This test completion email would reach your inbox
soon after completing your assessment. Check your inbox and also your spam/ promotion folder.
System Requirements:
High Quality Webcamand Headphone with Microphone, Test willnot be conducted without its working.
Uninterrupted Internet speed (at least 1 MBPS speed with 100 MB data)
Preferred browser - Mozilla. Chrome users must check for headset settings

Please make sure that you power charge your phone and laptop so that there is uninterrupted power supply.
If using external webcams kindly ensure it is in proper working condition.
Before undertaking the test, do a proper check of the camera and browser.
Keep the browsers completely updated.
Make sure your laptop /desktop OS is completely updated and running smoothlv.

Instructions to the students appearing in an interview:

Ensure vour face is clearly visible in the video. Do not wear a cap, scarf. goggles/ sunglasses, etc.
Wear Headohones properly. Mic should not cover your lips; it should be below lips near the chin
Don't hold the Headphone during the test/recording your responses.
DO not cover your face during the test.
Do not fiddle with the settings of the webcam or headphone.
LIsten to your recordingduring the testing phase (the video and audio should be clearly visible and audible) and in case of
any concerns/ doubts please raise it to the Aspiring Minds representative through live chat option.

You will be provided the thinking time to understand the question and prepare your response. Do not answer your

Your response will be recorded only during the response time. (Timer visible at the right bottom of the screen)
Do not try to switch browser or open any other tab during the test. If attempted to do so, your test will be logged out
automatically.
Make sure, before starting the Assessment, you close all your applications specially where Webcam has been used like
ZOOM, Google meet etc.
Do's and Don'ts of the test

The students need to be dressed up in college uniform or formal attire only.

Any casual attire or unprofessional behaviour is subject to test cancellation
The students must ensure that they use an isolated room and make sure the privacy in that room is intact.
Students undertaking the test from their hostel room also make sure of their privacy in the room.
Nobody except the candidate is permitted in the room.
Remove any formulas, charts or any poster from the walls facing the camera.
Make sure for the adequate light in the room, but no direct light towards the webcam.
No lip movement except while attempting the verbal section.
Mobile phones should be switched off in case of Wi-Ficonnections and set to silent mode if no Wi-Fi is available.
Maintain a direct eye contact with the webcam for proper evaluation. (Critically Essential).
Do not move your face and eyes here and there at no point of time even while thinking.
Absolutely no mirrors or glass behind you.
If using rough paper, keep it near the close proximity of the mouse.
Do not use or keep any books or notes on your desk.
No physical movement is allowed at any point of time during the interview. (Like
drinking water orgoing to washroom)
Table and chair should be used while attempting the test. (Sitting on bed is prohibited)
No eating or drinking in between the test.
Keep a close check on the time while attempting the sections.
Ensure your registration details are filled correctly and also note down your test |D.
Ensure that when you finish the test, the test completion message is generated by the computer and only then
particular browser. close the
Under no circumstances shall a candidate allows any other person to sit for the test on his or her behalf.
