TWO pages of the related music score.

3. Please read the question carefully and then answer in writing.

Brief:

Step 2: Write a detailed analysis of the piece. (Bar by bar or section by section)
(You are allowed to use diagrams to help with your structural analysis.)

Step 3: Summarize your analysis in a brief essay at the end of your work.
(i.e. “Smooth” by Santana is a 90s tune featuring Matchbox Twenty vocalist Rob
Thomas, it has Latin influences, etc)

Step 4: The total number of words required for this essay is 1500 words.

Some points you can identify are:

- The era which this song was from

- The artiste/band who performed it
- The general structure of the piece (Intro, vamp, etc)
- The instrumentation & texture of the piece
