HEALTH, SAFETY AND

ENVIRONMENTAL
REQUIREMENTS
ABC Safety Policy: ABC Contracting Company recognizes its
responsibility of creating, executing and sustaining culture with
high standards of HSE Policy. We fully believed that all
injuries, incidents and health hazards can be prevented. Our
policy is zero accident. We strongly promote a safe and healthy
working environment and the well-being of our employees and
the Project Workforce.

ABC shall comply with the provisions of the SAUDI

ARAMCO Construction Safety Manual (CSM), SAUDI
ARAMCO Safety Handbook, Sanitary Code, Hazardous
Waste Code, Environmental Policies and all other such
related requirements and any other successor manual or
manuals that replace these.

ENVIRONMENTAL
REQUIREMENTS
ABC shall develop and implement an Environmental Management
Plan (EMP) to cover the WORK under the Contract. The EMP shall
include all environmental aspects of the project and identify mitigation
measures and their implementation method and schedule. The EMP
shall be submitted to EPD for review and approval. The EMP shall
identify, by name, and provide contact information of the
CONTRACTOR's Environmental Manager and the Site environmental
engineer.

ABC may request assistance from SAUDI ARAMCO with respect to

the implementation of its Safety, Health and Environmental
Requirements. The Company Representative (or the Company
Representative's designated party or parties) may provide assistance to
the ABC by explaining good safety and sound environmental practices,
pointing out unsafe conditions, and by applying experience and
judgment, to assist CONTRACTOR in improving safety and to
safeguard the environment.

QUALITY ASSURANCE & QUALITY CONTROLS

1. We, Ashi & Bushnag Company, ensure and maintain to deliver the
quality management system to the project.

2. To continually maintain high level of quality standards in operations and

functions.

3. ABC shall develop and comply with a Quality Control/Quality

Assurance Program in conformance with ISO 9000 and 90001 and
consistent with ISO 10005, shall inspect and test all its WORK, and shall
provide SAUDI ARAMCO with access to all locations where the WORK
is being performed for the purpose of performing additional inspection and
testing.

4. Strive to continually review and improve our quality through customer

service and internal audits.

5. To enhance the customer satisfaction and reduce the customer

complaints.
