Introduction

The mission of the TIM is to provide an effective training program, together with a supportive
study environment, by teaching spiritual truths, imparting biblical knowledge, providing
practical ministry opportunities, and grounding them in the message of God’s unconditional love
and grace in preparation of servant leaders who change the world with the unchanging Word. 
The purpose of the program is to empower Church Planters for the kingdom of God. We choose
to live according to God's will by focusing on following Biblical principles:  
Matt 28:19 “Go and make disciples…”  
Mark 16:15 “Go and preach to all nations...”  
Types of Training: 
The B.Th. course is the Bachelor of Theology course which is a three-year undergraduate course
in various Theological disciplines which has been designed to equip students for Christian
ministry and to lead people with spiritual discipline and knowledge includes.

✔ Transformational Entrepreneurship in Missions

✔ Biblical and Education in Missions 

✔ Christian Leadership and Management

The Methods Include

- Classroom teaching 

- On-the-job Field training  

-Group Discussion 

- One-on-One observation and evaluation

-One-on-One Mentoring  

- Reading and reflection on selected books

 - Audio-Video session 

- Practical and written assignment 

Duration of the Course 
Duration- 3 Years 
Criteria for Students/ Pastors 
Definite call of God for full-time ministry .One must have passed their 12th board examinations
with a minimum of 50% marks from any recognized board and workable knowledge of
English.  Students who have obtained an ATA diploma in theology are also eligible for this
course. Candidates must complete 18 years of age.
