V. CONCLUSION

At the end of the on-the-job training period, I experienced many things and
learned from it. I gained knowledge about the work in a bank. I learned the different division of a
bank and its role. I knew the different transaction and it’s important. Moreover, how to please the
clients is included. Throughout the training, I experienced dealing with different kinds of people
around us with the bosses, employees and co-trainees it is important to a group of workers to
have camaraderie so that they can work well and attain the organizational goal.
Through the OJT I saw the difference when I am in the school and in the real world. Most

of the time I am learns theoretically in school while in real world actually experience and apply

what the training thought to me.
