When it gets quiet and you hear that voice that’s complaining about being bored or
too hot/cold, itchy/sweaty, whatever… that’s YOU, the EGO you. That’s the person
that’s throwing thoughts of bills, work, the weather, music, at you. That’s ok.
At first just observe those thoughts floating through your mind on a cloud.
You watch one cloud go by…. Then two… then 1000. I promise every time you meditate
you’ll get less clouds. You’re slowly getting rid of that ego.

NOW…. when you are hearing that ego-you, complaining or whatever, where is
he/she??? Is he at the back of your head, forehead? Stomach? Heart? Ok, Now who
was it that was looking at the ego-you? The observer. Is that you? The real you…
higher self?

Notice though, they both have your voice. It’s not USUALLY, a big booming GOD
voice. It’s your voice. And it has been this whole time.

We channel our entire life without knowing we are. When we are doing our calling
work, our creative art, whatever our passion is, that is them, when you’re in that
FLOW STATE, creating, doing good work. Or that very quiet voice telling you to NOT
go there.. That’s them too.

They are right next to you, start by just talking to them. Inside your head, not
out loud weirdo.🙂
Everyday shit, talk to em. Then when you’re ready ask them to give you a feeling
of a yes and a no.. IDK, hit me in the right arm for yes…. When you dont feel
anything, tell them. They need your input cuz they need to know what works on you.
Do the YES till your confident. Then the NO. So on, you will have a dictionary of
what means what…. They send a rose, it turn right … IDK. You get it.
