II. RATIONALE
As a support to the Division Memorandum No. 382, s.2023 Johnny Ang National High
School participated the Battle against Drugs (BAD): Crusade Against Violence and Illegal
Drugs Symposium.
Battle Against Illegal Drugs Symposium is a campaign that aims to raise awareness of
the major problems that illicit drugs present to society and at the same time, reminds the
learners not to make the mistake of experiencing with drugs. This symposium is also designed
to provide an open mind and comfortable atmosphere for learning by employing simple,
practical details regarding the harmful effects of illegal drugs that are easy for learners to
comprehend.

III. EXPECTED OUTPUT: All learners will be able to know the different dangerous drugs and
learn the harmful effects of using dangerous drugs.
EXPECTED OUTCOME: The learners will be aware of the adverse effects of dangerous drugs
and major problems that illicit drugs.

IV. FLOW OF ACTIVITY

1. Conduct pre-planning with the Guidance Counselor, NDEP Coordinator and
NDEP/BKD Officers.
2. Present the activity design to the principal. Ask the approval and inform the principal on
the conduct of the activity.
3. Working committees will prepare the materials for the activity.
4. Contact and inform the speakers about the date and the venue of the activity.
5. Give announcements to the concerned participants and prepare the venue.
6. Conduct the Battle Against illegal Drug Symposium as planned which will be facilitated
by the Advisers and BKD officers.
7. Ensure that safety protocols are observed during the activity.
8. Conduct an evaluation of the activity for feedback giving and submit an
accomplishment report.
