چکیده :در این تحقیق ،تنوع گونههای تریکودرما در خاک باغهای پسته در مناطق مختلف استان کرمان بررسی شد .در مجموع
تعداد 161جدایهی تریکودرما جداسازی و در سطح گونه براساس ویژگی های مورفولوژیکی و تکثیر و ترادف نوکلئوتیدی ناحیه ی
(ITS1-5.8S-ITS2) ITSاز DNAریبوزومی و ژن tef1-αشناسایی شدند .براساس ویژگیهای مورفولوژی و مولکولی جدایه متعلق
به پنج گونهی T. brevicompactum ،T. virens ،Trichoderma sp. ،Trichoderma harzianumو T. longibrachiatumمیباشند.
ناحیه ITSتفاوتهای نولکئوتیدی بین دو گونه T. harzianumو Trichoderma sp.را نشان نداد .بنابراین ،برای شناسایی و تمایز
دو گونه ،توالی چهارمین اینترون بزرگ ژن tef1-αپنج جدایهی نماینده T. harzianumو Trichoderma sp.تعیین توالی شد.
بررسی تشابه توالی ها با استفاده از برنامهی ،TrichoBLASTتوالیهای tef1-αجدایههای T. harzianumو Trichoderma sp.
بهعنوان T. harzianumتعیین شدند ،درحالیکه 34تفاوت نوکلئوتیدی در توالی چهارمین اینترون بزرگ tef1-αدو گروه از
جدایه ها وجود داشت .نتایج نشان داد که بیش از 80درصد جدایه های تریکودرما ،به گونهی T. harzianumو Trichoderma sp.
تعلق دارند .گونه T. harzianumبهعنوان گونهی غالب خاک باغهای پستهی استان کرمان معرفی گردید .براساس آنالیز رگرسیونی،
رابطهی معنی داری بین فراوانی جمعیت تریکودرما و مقادیر pHو ECدر خاک باغهای پستهی این منطقه وجود ندارد (R2 = 0.26,
