    Please excuse my brother, CRISOSTOMO CARLOS MIGUEL M, for not attending in their lecture and

    training day in ROTC (May 21, 2023 Sunday) because he is suffering from severe stomachache and due

    to his LBM Starting on May 19 at night and continuing today. I'm hoping for understanding and

    consideration on your part.
