Analyze the document pdf “Negotation”, and do the following.

1. In negotiations, it is important to focus on the interests and not in the positions.

2. Be possible and negative about potential options available to you. This makes for the
potential for more positive outcomes possible.

3. You must focus on specific problem, but all the people involved with the staff care.
People want to work with people they like.

4. When you are in contractual negotiating deals they can become emotional.
Negotiating with your control is important and will allow you not to miss any
important details.

5. You must be open and when you threat or others unfair tactics, name them and
speak openly about them. If it is more comfortable to talk about them in smaller
groups by all means make this change. Just make sure that any negative element is
eliminated from the process.
