Guidelines on Sports Activities and it’s SOPs Introduction In order to provide healthy and conducive environment in university, sports activities are performed by the students, faculty and staff. Principles of the Policy The University will observe the following principles in all sports related matters: 1. Itis the University’s policy to provide sports (Indoor and outdoor) equipment to students, faculty and staff. 2. All University sports events will be held under the supervision of mentor, sports guild society or sports officer with the approval of competent authority. Standard operating procedure (SO) Following are rules to use the Sports equipment in university 1. Any student who wants to avail sports facilities, sports items will be issued in lieu of his/her student card, 2. "No equipment will be issued on other student's card. Sports item should be returned till 4:40 PM, Fine for late submission will be Rs. 100 per day. 4. In case of loss, price of equipment will be chargedor_ student will himself / herself will provide the item, 5. Incase of damage, repair charges will be paid by the student. This rule is not applicable in consumable items 6. Any loss during the sport / game university will not be responsible.
