Greetings inthe name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. It is pleasing to inform you that
we have started our second term on a good note. We really thank God for that.

It is pleasing to note that most staff members are at work except for Mrs Chakawanei the
Agriculture teacher who left for another station and necessary measures have been taken to
close the gap.

limited. Those with children who may want to bring siblings learning elsewhere are requested
to submit application letters enclosing copy of certified birth certificates, copy of certified IDS,
proof of residence, 3 months' bank statement, health card or proof of vaccination, recent
academic report. Transfer is required when a place has been secured.
CURRICULUM MONITORING AND EVALUATION

All our pupils will sit for the end of term 2 tests. The purpose of the tests is to assess the
pupils' mastery levelfor the matter/ concepts taught during terms 1 and 2.
It is important for parents and guardians to read through the reports and note areas that
would need attention and corrective measures. Timetables for the term 2 exams will be
availed in July 2023.
EDUCATIONAL TOURS

Itis pleasing to inform you that our out of Harare schooleducational tours have been planned
as follows

curriculum. Payments should be made before deadlines for planning purposes. When
completing indemnityforms, please let us complete alldetails required.
HOMEWORK ASSINGMENTS

May we please ensure that all homework assignments are supervised and signed. Try to get
in touch with class teachers or grade co- coordinators where you are not clear.
KNOCK OFF TIME
The school has foundit fit to change pupils' dismissal time from 1600 to 1500. We have noted
that some pupils are arriving home late and it is in tandem with child safe guarding operations.
This amendment willcome into effect on 12 June 2023. This arrangement is meant onlyfor
the remainder of term 2 2023. Parents and guardians are encouraged to collect children
timeously. Arranged transport need to pick pupils within the stipulated times. Parents and
guardians please observe how children are being transported to school, transporters are
crowding children in those kombis and taxis.
SPORTING ACTIVITIES

The pupils will mainly participate in ball games this term namely soccer, netball, rugby,
hockey, basketball, tennis, volleyball, baseball and handball. Let us support our children in
terms of equipment and morale, I am sure we can improve in this regard.
SCHOOL FEES TERM

Our school fees have not been reviewed. Parents and guardians are supposed to make sure
that fees are paid timeously in or before schools open. For those who may have payment
plans agreed and signed, please respect the agreements. We are currently cleaning up our
debtors list and our office will be contacting those accounts in arrears.
The figures on our fees are still as follows;
Tuition $250

Levy $50
Iurge you dear parents and guardians to timeously pay the school fees for the school to
successfully carry out its plans. Those with school fees arrears are encouraged to urgently
pay. Can you please work with the accounts office where there are under or over payments.
UNIFORMS

It is winter time and we urge parents to ensure that the children are wearing the correct
uniform. We still have parentswho are buying uniforms from vendors on the road sides. This
compromises on quality and school reputation. We are aware of the prevailing economic
challenges, but let us respect the standards of our school, "Chikoro chinovakwa nevene
vacho"
