(Venue)
(June__, 2023)

I. RATIONALE

Employees health and safety should be the top priority of our agency. The health and safety
at workplace are a very important aspect which should not be neglected at any cost. Creating a
safe work environment for our employees is critical to the success of our agency, and one of the
best ways to maximize their productivity. The ideal workplace should be a safe environment
where employees can do their jobs without the fear of injury or death.

Many inevitable hazards are present in today's work environments. Accidents or incidents
may happen any time if employees are not familiar with the proper safety procedures, which is the
main reason why we need our employees to be knowledgeable about the Basic Occupational Safety
Health (BOSH) because it prevents them from any form of accident that may cause harm for
themselves and to our agency.

Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) is a cross-disciplinary area concerned with
protecting the safety, health and welfare of people engaged in work or employment. The main goal
of BOSH training is directed in fostering a safe work environment. This training will also help in
determining the vulnerabilities and provides mitigating and adoptive measures to overcome any
work-related adversities.

Therefore, Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) is an effective tool to increase
employees’ overall quality of life and to promote healthy working environment in society at all
levels. This training will help the NIA-MARIIS employees to learn and understand the hazards to
which they may be exposed and how to prevent harm to themselves and others.
