RECRUITMENT PROCESS
STEP 1
Programming Test: This is an online test with three programming questions in coding.
We are looking for a logical approach and the algorithm. No aptitude test.
STEP 2
Technical Interview: Based on the outcome of the above test, candidates will further
undergo one or two technical rounds. This round evaluates the technical ability of the
candidate. In most of the cases this will be an individual round but it may be grouped
with the formal interviewers.
STEP 3
Final HR Round: Final round of the selection process, where the candidate’s stability
and his confidence level towards the particular work will be evaluated. The interview
focuses on overall personality check of the candidate. Once the candidate is selected,
he/she will be given an offer letter. Company’s executive may provide guidelines about
joining procedure and other prerequisites if needed.
SALARY DETAILS
Inclusive of
Performance bonus which will be paid as per your performance in the company
and will be paidonce you complete one year as an employee in the organization.
Service Agreement: You will have a service agreement of 1.9 yrs (21 months), which
will start from day one. If you breach the service agreement you will have to pay Rs.
2,00,000.
Pls Note, you will be eligible for the performance appraisal in one year as per the
policy.
