The compensation in this proposal still remains negotiable. Upon acceptance of this proposal, however, the
company will no longer conduct further negotiations.

2. Payment

The company will make necessary payments to the construction manager before or on the due date through
certified check or bank transfer only.

3. Acceptance of Proposal

Upon acceptance of this proposal, both parties will sign a binding contract that details and finalizes specific
obligations, compensation, terms and conditions, and other important information.
