The STRIVE Programme is a Community Distribution (CD) initiative designed to enhance the performance of lower-performing branches with an SPI

below 20 points. By
implementing strategies aimed at boosting efficiency and encouraging strategic thinking, the programme aims to motivate branch managers and their teams to deliver better
performance.

Out of the 25 branches in Batch 1 of the STRIVE Programme, 6 branches have successfully surpassed the target by achieving an SPI above 30 points. This improvement reflects
their ability to implement the strategies and recommendations provided by the programme effectively. It also highlights their determination to excel and provide excellent
service to their customers.

Congratulations! to the 6 branches, namely Seri Kembangan, Jelutong, Ranau, Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Jalan Genuang Segamat, and Tampoi, for achieving a Service

STRIVE Programme - Super/Mega Branch Performance Review

The Community Distribution (CD) is also looking at how well the Super/Mega branches are doing. The goal of this review is to help the branches' aggressive business-making
strategy and make them even better. The main goal of this programme is to get a high Service Productivity Indicator (SPI) score. So, the review will give branch managers a
chance to talk about what they'll do to improve SPI's success.

By doing this performance review, we hope to learn more and come up with new ideas that will help us make the most of how our Super/Mega branch businesses work. This
review gives each branch a chance to show off what it has done well, and it also helps all branches learn from each other and share what they know. By sharing our
experiences, best practises, and new ideas, we can raise the performance of all our sites to new heights.
