With reference to your application and subsequent interview we had with you, we have pleasure in
offering you an employment in our company, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Position

You will work as Lab Chemist in our company and/or as directed by the management from time to time
and shall perform all functions and duties assigned to you and as per the instructions of the company
either written, oral or established by tradition from time to time. You shall also perform any other work
that is reasonably required of you by the management.

You are requiring reporting to 06th August 2019 for your challenges & responsibility.

Date of Joining You shall join the services of the company 06th August 2019.

Salary & Other perks

You will be paid a total remuneration aspect Salary finalized Rs. 12000/- per month.

Leave You are eligible 12 days paid holiday for the calendar year.

Place of work / Transfer

You will work in places of premises as the company may direct from time to time. Your services are also
liable to transfer to any other department of the company or to any of our offices in India or outside, as
required by the management of the company.

Termination of Employment

After confirmation of your service with our company, your employment shall be subject to termination by
Two months’ notice in writing on either side under normal circumstances without notice period it will
come under indiscipline act. However, for any misbehavior, indiscipline or gross negligence on your part,
the company will be at liberty to terminate your service without any notice, whatsoever. The company’s
discretion and decision in regard to negligence or misbehavior shall be final.

Retirement You shall stand retired on completion of 58 (Fifty-Eight) years of age.

Jurisdiction
If at all any dispute between yourself and the company concerning with or relating or arising out of this
contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction as applicable to the Registered Office of the company at
Anantapur Dist. (Andhra Pradesh).

General
1. You shall work diligently, intelligently and honestly in the best interests of the company and devote
your whole time and attention to the work of the company.

2. You will treat all the business and other information and secrets of and about the company which
may become known to you directly or indirectly during the course of your employment, as strictly
confidential and shall not divulge the same directly or indirectly without the written consent of
management of the company during your employment with us and on your ceasing to be in our
employment.
3. Breach on your part any of the terms and conditions of this contract and any of the rules made
applicable to you in respect of your employment with us will entail termination of your
employment without any notice and or will render you liable for disciplinary/any other legal action.

4. In accordance with the standard practice of the company, we request you to treat the terms of
your employment as confidential.

Documents
On the date of your reporting for duty, please bring along with you the following documents.
 Relieving letter and experience letter from your present employer, if applicable

 Provident Fund Declaration Form No.13 (if applicable)

If the above terms and conditions are acceptable, you are advised to return us the duplicate copy of this
letter duly signed by you as a token of your acceptance of your employment.
