The Terms & Condition of Online Bus Pass

1. Payment of Rs. 15/- to be paid towards the cost of ID Card/Stationary and actual postal
delivery charges besides applicable fare.
2. DTC will deliver printed passes through Speed Post at the applicant address within 5
working days. The postal delivery charges would be applicable as per actual charges
levied by India Post.
3. Bus pass charges shall be payable as per DTC notification.
4. Purchase of bus pass itself proves that pass holders accept all rules and regulations
prevailing for the issuance of the pass.
5. Bus pass issued is non-transferable.
6. “The applicable surcharge will be levied from the passenger using a DTC Bus service
which passing through DND Fly Over and applicable MCD Toll Tax to the service at the
time of entry & exit to NOIDA.”
7. Pass holder has to show bus passes to any Competent officers/Checking Officials of the
Corporation on demand. If he fails to do so he has to pay the penalty as per rule.
8. The Corporation will neither issue duplicate pass, nor refund the balance amount of
fare in case of partial/complete damage or loss of bus pass.
9. Valid for travel on buses only, cannot use as Identity Card.
10. Photo of applicant should be of passport size with full faced visible in the photograph.
11. In case of undelivered passes, commuter has to collect pass from the Centralized Bus
Pass Section, DTC Scindia House, KG Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001
between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on all working days.
12. Non-receipt of passes to applicant after delivery of the pass on mentioned address,
responsibility to lie on commuters only.
13. The cost of refunded ticket of Rs.10/- per refund.
14. For refund of passes, commuters have to submit pass to any nearest Pass Section
physically. The balance amount will be refunded in commuter account automatically.
