After careful evaluation of the requirements and the quotation of the above-stated
bidders, this Technical Working Group respectfully informs the RBAC that the bidder
EVAN GENERAL MERCHANDISE is disqualified and ineligible for the project for
submitting an unsigned and unnotarized OSS while the quotation of GOLDEN
DAUGHTERS ENTERPRISES is higher than RC LIM MARKETING. Hence, RC LIM
MARKETING is declared as the bidder with the LOWEST CALCULATED and
RESPONSIVE QUOTATION for this procurement, to wit:

Likewise, the goods/items as above-stated of RC LIM MARKETING have been evaluated

and checked by the Technical Working Group and the same were compliant with the technical
specifications of the items subject of the procurement.

6. RECOMMENDATION
 After careful evaluation of the eligibility requirements, including the financial
bid/quotation of RC LIM MARKETING as the bidder with the LOWEST CALCULATED
and RESPONSIVE QUOTATION, it is respectfully recommended that RC LIM
MARKETING be declared POST- QUALIFIED for the procurement.
