Dear Madam:

Greetings of safety and good health!

This has reference to the conduct of ocular inspection by this office at the fifty-four (54) voting
centers of Pagadian City wherein these voting centers used during elections are public schools
under the supervision of your good office. The purpose of the conduct of the ocular inspection is
to determine, update and see to it if there are changes in the names of these public schools
particularly the elementary schools so as to correct and change the same in order to reflect the
changes in our records.

In this connection, the undersigned would like to request, if possible, a list of the names of public
elementary schools of the fifty-three (53) barangays used as voting centers in the recently
concluded elections before the conduct of ocular inspection.

Attached in this letter is the list of names of public elementary schools which are in our records.

Hoping that this request be given the approval and consideration by your good office as our vital
partner in the conduct of elections.
