Symptom

In transaction CV03N users received the error "Network address DEFAULT of your computer is not
maintained" - Message No. 26068
when trying to display an original

Environment

• SAP ERP Document Management System (CA-DMS)

• SAP R/3
• SAP R/3 Enterprise
• SAP ERP Central Component
• SAP ERP
• SAP Enhancement package for SAP ERP
• SAP Enhancement package for SAP ERP, version for SAP HANA
• SAP S/4HANA, on-premise

Reproducing the Issue

1. Transaction CV03N
2. Enter Document Info Record (DIR)
3. Display original
4. Error: "Network address DEFAULT of your computer is not maintained" - Message No. 26068

Cause

The error is raised because of the customizing in transaction DC20 at "Identify frontend computers" for
customer data carrier type

Resolution

• Transaction DC20
• Enter a data carrier type in 'Define data carrier type 'server, front end'' (i.e. PC)
