Unpack the NCU unit, and check the accessories included within the cabinet

Attach the NCU cabinet to a proper supporting structure, using the supplied Inspect the clean switches, and make sure all of them are “off”
fastening set (4x nylon plugs + screws) or equivalent of your own

Install the unit vertically,

with the membrane seals downwards,
1 and if placed outdoors, preferably with the front cover facing north 2

Install the antenna on a proper supporting structure, using fastenings of Take an ethernet cable* (UTP cat.5) from the local network of the site,
your own, then connect one end of the extension cable to the antenna, insert it through one of the small seals of the NCU cabinet, crimp an
and the other end to the NCU RJ45 terminal, and connect it to an available port of the switch

Install the antenna outdoors, vertically, about 2 meters above * Only required if the site will have
3 ground level, with direct line-of-sight (no obstacles) to the antennae of the closest TCUs 4 more than one NCU, or a permanent internet connection

Insert a grid power input cable through the big seal, then attach the L+N Apply power to the grid line, switch on the unit, and check the power
wires to the respective input terminals of the circuit breaker, and the PE wire indicator LEDs
to the yellow/green terminal nearby

Switch-off the NCU, take pictures of the S/N label (inside the Repeat this process

Finally, in a remote support session, qualified Suntrack personnel will guide you
through the remaining steps of the commissioning process - and when required,
among other operations, you will be asked to connect the battery jumper cable
